Jabula Bets Deposits and Withdrawals: Methods and Times
Moving money into a betting account and receiving a payout involve different steps. At Jabula Bets, deposits include vouchers, Capitec Pay, cards and EFT, while EFT withdrawals require matching banking details and completed verification. Deposit turnover also affects access to winnings.
Jabula Bets is licensed by the Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board under licence number 10190512. Before making a payment, check the limits of your chosen payment method and distinguish between instant deposit processing and the time it takes for funds to reach your bank account.
Payment Methods at a Glance
Limits differ between payment options. The figures below separate clearly identified methods from the general withdrawal limit, which applies per customer unless otherwise stated. Successful deposits update the Cash Wallet; withdrawal requests pass through processing before bank receipt. A payment method’s instant label should therefore be read alongside the withdrawal schedule and verification requirements.

Payment-provider limits can require withdrawals to be split across several transactions and days. Credit card deposits carry no fee.
Choosing Vouchers, Capitec Pay, Cards or EFT
The voucher deposit options are 1ForYou, OTT, BluVoucher and Easy Pay. The limits vary depending on the option chosen: four of the voucher deposit options have limits of R10–R4,999, while one has limits of R20–R4,000.
Capitec Pay requires FICA approval. It supports card-free instant EFT payments with consent and approval via the Capitec banking app. Customers can initiate a request using a cellphone number, ID number or account number, and select the account from which to pay without sharing their banking login information with the merchant or payment provider.
Debit cards, credit cards, instant EFT and direct EFT are also supported. Direct bank transfers below R50 may need a top-up before the full amount is credited. Use payment details in your own name: a mismatch on a card or EFT deposit can lead to returned funds and account suspension.

How to Make a Deposit
Voucher PINs belong in the popup. The Promo Code field is optional and can be left empty.
- Log in using your account number and password. Then, select the green 'Deposit' option in the top right-hand corner.
- Select a payment method and click the 'Deposit' button.
- Enter an amount or select one of the suggested amounts. Leave the 'Promo Code' field empty unless you are using an applicable promotional code.
- To make an instant EFT, click 'Continue' and follow the instructions on the bank page you are redirected to.
- To use vouchers, select the method and amount, click Continue, enter the PIN in the pop-up without any leading or trailing spaces, and then click Continue again.
If a successful voucher or instant EFT deposit has not appeared, allow up to five minutes or log out and back in. Website Live Chat can assist with deposit problems. Keep proof of payment: a transaction query may require the date, amount, reference number and betting account number.
Requesting a Withdrawal and Understanding Payout Times
Withdrawals require completed FICA verification. Deposits must also be wagered once before withdrawal, i.e. a 1x turnover requirement. Any bonus winnings are subject to the additional requirements of the relevant offer.
To make an EFT withdrawal, log in and open the profile icon in the top right corner, then select 'Withdraw'. Enter the amount and your bank details. Click 'Update banking details', then select 'Create withdrawal request'. Ensure you use the same South African bank account number that was supplied for FICA and is held in your own name.
Withdrawals are processed twice daily from Monday to Friday. Weekend requests are processed the following Monday. Post-processing estimates vary between up to 24 hours and 24 to 48 hours for funds to reflect.
For funds that are not subject to fraud review, an electronic transfer must be made within 72 hours of confirming their availability. This requirement is met when Jabula Bets instructs its bank. The time it takes for the funds to appear in the customer’s account is not included in this timeframe.
A successful request locks the amount as pending until processing. A paid withdrawal disappears from the wallet.

Why Withdrawals Are Declined or Delayed
Returned funds indicate a declined request. Check email for the withdrawals team’s explanation before submitting another request.
A decline can be caused by incomplete turnover, unmet bonus conditions or an unavailable requested amount. Verification can also delay processing. Identity documents must be submitted as live photographs, and bank statements must be original, bank-issued PDFs. Financial screenshots are not accepted as proof of banking information.
Provide the requested documents for a pending withdrawal within three business days and in the specified format. Failure to meet this deadline may result in the full pending amount being reversed to the betting account, requiring a new request.
Check bank details carefully before submitting. Changing the nominated account requires a formal request and verification that the replacement belongs to you.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can a Voucher Deposit Be Withdrawn Immediately?
No. Payment vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, nor can they be redeemed or refunded. The full value of the voucher must be wagered before any winnings can be withdrawn, unless an exception is permitted for good reason.
How Long Does FICA Approval Take?
The FICA approval process takes an estimated 24 hours, while online document verification may take up to 48 hours. To submit documents, log in and click on the profile icon in the top right-hand corner. Select My Profile, then My Documents. Confirm your source of funds and click 'Update'. You can request an immediate review of your documents through support during support hours.
Are Withdrawals Free?
Bank transfer withdrawal options include free transactions, but withdrawal charges may apply, which are disclosed when the request is submitted. Reversing a withdrawal that has already been processed costs R25, provided the customer expressly accepts the fee.
Where Should a Missing Payment Query Go?
Use website Live Chat or email hello@JabulaBets.co.za. Include the payment date, amount, reference number and betting account number when supplying proof of payment.
