It was another trashing defeat suffered by the Reds in a 3-1 score line against the Foxes, this loss could land them in the 7th position by the end of this weekend.

 Alison Becker now concedes 8 goals in 3 matches. Just last weekend they were thumped by Manchester City and sadly again they could not hold a tight grip on their early lead against Leicester.

Liverpool were the first to open the score line in the 67th minute courtesy of Mohammed Salah assisted by Firminho.

After the VAR review in the 77th minute when Thiago Alcantara brought down his opponent signal NO PENALTY, Leicester was given a free kick instead brilliantly taken by James Maddison and got right into the net to level the score line in the 78 minute.

Liverpool goalkeeper Alison’s error gave Vardy an opportunity which was rightly taken advantage of to put Leicester ahead just after 3minutes from their first goal - what a quick response.

James Vardy wastes a great opportunity in the 84th minute after he manages to control the rebound and slams it on the right side of the post, brilliantly saved by Becker just in time and changed the trajectory of the shot.

Harvey Barnes increases the score line by 2 in the 85th minute after getting on the end of a pass from Wilfred Ndidi and fired an accurate shot that goes straight into the right post.

The result put Leicester in the second position, meanwhile; Liverpool could find them self in a position below top four.
